Thanks for considering renting our renovated 1956 Masonic Lodge!
The Lodge on Seventh is a quirky, intimate rental space located just off highway 101 in downtown Raymond, Washington. It currently shares the building with Willapa Printing Boutique.
Willapa Printing Boutique is located in the upper floor and the venue space is located in the lower level of the historic building. The building is over 6000sf and the rental venue is approximately 3000sf. Guests will have use of the lower floor. It consists of a ladies restroom, a men’s restroom, a large prep kitchen and a stage.
The kitchen appliances have been updated. It has 2 ranges, refrigerator, small freezer, ice machine, coffee percolator, sound system, and service for 150. You will also find warming trays for your catering needs. Chairs and tables are included.
The space can be rented by the hour, day or weekend. The space is great for corporate events, parties, dances, meetings, craft nights and more!
We also rent additional tables and chairs for your off-site, private events. Chairs rentals are $3 each per weekend and 6′ rectangle banquet tables are $8 each per weekend. Our tables seat 6 people and fold for easy transporting. Our chairs are lightweight and hold 350lbs.
